Meaning "masseur, masseuse" in the Hawaiian language is the word used today to describe Hawaiian massage, tradionally called lomi, meaning "to rub, press, squeeze, massage; to work in and out, as the claws of a contented cat." Lomi lomi is a holistic healing tradition beyond simple massage. This massage uses a longer stroke that may work from the right arm back down to the left toes.

CranioSacral

This is a holistic healing practice that uses very light touch to balance the Craniosacral system in the body, which includes the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissue of the cranium and spinal area. Ideal for chronic pain that is lessened with massage but never goes away. Example: migraines, neck/back pain.

Hand and Foot Reflexology

$45

Reflexology is a natural healing art based on the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond to every part of the body. Through applications of pressure on particular areas of the hands and feet, reflexology serves to relax tension, improve circulation and promote the natural function of the related area in the body.

Cupping

$65

Placing cups on specific muscles creates a suction that allows the muscle and tissue to rise. This therapy increases circulation, may relieve muscle tension, can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair.
